Delete Your Diald Account

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your Diald account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account and login credentials
• Your username and profile information
• All dials you have submitted
• All coffees you have added to the directory
• All votes you have cast

How to Delete Your Account In-App

1. Open the Diald app and sign in
2. Tap the ☕ coffee icon in the top left to go to your profile
3. Scroll down to the ACCOUNT section
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm by entering your password when prompted
6. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately

Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request deletion by contacting us at trydiald@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.

Data Retention

All personal data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. No personal data is retained after deletion. Anonymous usage data collected by Google AdMob may be retained by Google in accordance with their own privacy policy.
